Author´s menu of our cher Radosław Nejman is always a surprise. Guests will find out what is on their plates in the darkness.
All ingredients in this menu are chosen to increase level of endorfines and to bring better mood. This menu contains ingredients from molecular and regional cuisine.
In this menu guests have the possibility to exclude some ingrediences they must not or do not wish to eat (food alergies, individual preferences).

This menu contains carefully selected regional products from organic farming with the lowest carbon footprint. Our chef pays special attention to create courses to cleanse the organism and make it stronger. All ingrediences are harvested ecologically with respect to the environment.

Beverages
Dark Restaurant® offers a variety of fruit juice and alkoholic beverages including organic, biodynamic or vegan wine offered also in wine pairing. We also recommend you our refreshing surprise alkoholic cocktails.
Practical informations
We create menu individually for each of our Guests. Menu is based on the interview provided before entering the darkness.
Every menu is for one person.
There is no possibility to order selected courses or to mix menus.
There is no kids menu.
Beverages are not included.
